RURAL SURVEYOR – ATHERSTONE, WARWICKSHIRE
Established in 1888, Howkins & Harrison are a multi-disciplinary firm of chartered surveyors and estate and letting agents offering professional advice to rural, commercial and residential clients out of 7 offices across the Midlands.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rural Surveyor to join the busy Atherstone team. The varied role would include rural agency, compensation, valuation, grant schemes and development work.
The position is ideally suited to a qualified rural surveyor with up to 5 years PQE, however pre-APC graduates or candidates with more experience would also be considered.
Competitive salary and benefits package available, commensurate with experience.
Ideal applicants will be self-motivated, confident with clients and have good negotiation skills.

ACCOMPANIED SATURDAY VIEWERS
We are looking for smart, professional and friendly people to work as accompanied viewers for our RUGBY & LUTTERWORTH branches.
The appropriate candidate will need excellent time keeping skills, some local area knowledge and will need to demonstrate a positive attitude to meeting and greeting viewers.
The role is for Saturday viewings, working between 9 am and 4 pm, although flexibility will be required. Own transport and a clean driving licence are essential.
