SENIOR STRATEGIC LAND MANAGER

We are looking to recruit a Senior Strategic Land Manager to cover our regional area of practice across the Midlands, within an existing and expanding property development department, working with landowners and developers across a range of residential and commercial development sites including agency and strategic land agreements.

The role will encompass land sales and purchases, setting up and monitoring promotion and option agreements and associated work with solicitors and accountants to give sound advice to landowners, planning research and discussions along with general development work activities to promote the department and finding new sites.

We welcome applications from MRICS or MRTPI candidates with 2 years post qualified experience looking to further their career, develop their knowledge and help to grow the department.

We have an immediate requirement for a recently qualified rural chartered surveyor at our Rugby office to take on a wide variety of work (not limited to but including) valuations, agency, and general professional work.

Whilst your work will be based in Rugby, the area we cover encompasses the whole of the Midlands region.

As a member of our rural team, you will be involved in a wide variety of work overseen by experienced members of staff which will involve advising clients ranging from individual property owners and buyers to national developers and investors looking to maximise their property portfolios.
