We are looking for a part-time property manager to join our busy Northampton Residential Lettings team.

The role will span 4 days per week but the hours are negotiable with a minimum of 5 hrs per day.

There will be a mixture of admin duties and outward appointments. The job will work across our management portfolio as well as our block management dept.

Howkins & Harrison are looking for smart, professional and friendly people to work as accompanied viewers for their Rugby or Lutterworth branches.

The appropriate candidates will need excellent time keeping skills, some local area knowledge and will need to demonstrate a positive attitude to meeting and greeting viewers.

The role is for Saturday viewings, working between 9 am and 4 pm, although flexibility will be required.

Own transport and a clean driving licence is essential.

To undertake all aspects of administrative work at Andrew Johnson & Co. (part of Howkins & Harrison). The role will include: file/record preparation; sales brochure and professional report production; legal compliance; liaising with contractors and clients; reception duties. The position is full time, working Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have established administrative/secretarial skills
  • Be able to plan, prioritise and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have excellent practical IT skills including Microsoft Office and diary management
  • Be able to produce brochures and professional reports accurately from audio dictation
  • Be able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be able to deal with a variety of people in a professional manner both in person and on the telephone
  • Have prior experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Have prior experience of working in a customer-led environment
  • Have experience of working individually and as part of a team
