SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST

To undertake all aspects of administrative work at Andrew Johnson & Co. (part of Howkins & Harrison). The role will include: file/record preparation; sales brochure and professional report production; legal compliance; liaising with contractors and clients; reception duties. The position is full time, working Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have established administrative/secretarial skills
  • Be able to plan, prioritise and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have excellent practical IT skills including Microsoft Office and diary management
  • Be able to produce brochures and professional reports accurately from audio dictation
  • Be able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be able to deal with a variety of people in a professional manner both in person and on the telephone
  • Have prior experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Have prior experience of working in a customer-led environment
  • Have experience of working individually and as part of a team

FULL & PART TIME SALES NEGOTIATORS REQUIRED 

We have some exciting new positions for full or part-time sales negotiators for our busy residential sales teams at our Rugby, Lutterworth and Northampton offices.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and results driven sales negotiators.

The roles will involve; qualifying potential buyers, matching buyers to suitable properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, and helping sales to complete. All whilst delivering fantastic customer service to our buyers and sellers.

If you have previous sales and customer service experience, you are target driven, organised, enthusiastic, can work effectively within a team, have a full driving licence and a car, we’d like to hear from you.

ACCOMPANIED WEEKEND VIEWERS 

Howkins & Harrison are looking for two smart, professional and friendly people to work as an accompanied viewer for their Lutterworth and Rugby branches.

The appropriate candidates will need excellent time keeping skills and will need to demonstrate a positive attitude to meeting and greeting viewers.

The role is for Saturday viewings, although flexibility will be required as there may be further opportunities on a Sunday.

Own transport is essential.
