We have an exciting position for a full time sales negotiator for our busy residential sales team in Rugby.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and results driven person to join the team. Salary will reflect experience. 

The role will involve; qualifying potential buyers, matching buyers to suitable properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, and helping sales to complete.

All whilst delivering fantastic customer service to our buyers and sellers.

If you are target driven, organised, enthusiastic, can work effectively within a team, have a full driving licence and a car, we’d like to hear from you.

We are looking for smart, professional and friendly people to work as accompanied viewers for our LUTTERWORTH branch.

The appropriate candidate will need excellent time keeping skills, some local area knowledge and will need to demonstrate a positive attitude to meeting and greeting viewers.

The role is for Saturday viewings, working between 9 am and 4 pm, although flexibility will be required. Own transport and a clean driving licence are essential.
