COVID-19 UPDATE

During the present lock down, following government guidelines, all Howkins & Harrison offices temporarily shut on the 23rd March to support social distancing and for the health and well-being of our teams, clients & visitors.

However, office doors being locked does not mean that our business is closed. All calls are being forwarded to our teams who are working remotely and will be able to assist with your call or query. We ask for your patience at this time if the call takes a little longer than usual to answer. We may need to take your details to get the appropriate member of the team to call you back.

We will continue to offer ‘business as usual’ service to our Rural clients and to support our Residential clients, Lettings landlords & tenants in every way possible. We will continue to advertise properties on the national portals and through our own website & social media channels. Of course, we can not offer accompanied viewings of properties, but will engage with technology wherever possible.

Please follow this link to our Covid-19 updates to keep abreast of the ways in which we are responding to this ever-changing situation.
If you are in the middle of a property move, or staring at the same walls 24-7 means that you are now considering one, we are available for advice and guidance. We’ve seen a lot in our 132 year history and although this is a new one, it’s a situation we will all get through together.

May we urge you all to adhere to government guidelines to stay home and together we will get through these unprecedented times. Our thoughts are with you all – especially those with family members who have contracted the virus or are at high risk.

Tonight at 8pm we will join with the nation to clap our appreciation of those working on the front line, putting our well-being ahead of their own safety from our windows and gardens. To any front-line medical or key workers receiving this email – our heartfelt thanks for all you are doing.
Finally, if there is anything we can do to support your land or property needs at this time, please call.
