NEW TO MARKET – DEVELOPMENT SITE OF 965 HOUSES

Earls Court Farm is situated on the western edge of the city of Worcester, fronting on to the A444 Bromyard Road and the city’s Ring Road. Planning consent was granted by Malvern Hills District Council for 965 houses, together with employment land of 5.4 hectares (13.34 acres), a mixed-use local centre, a site for a new Primary School and a Country Park. It is part of the West Worcester allocation and immediately adjoins the edge of the city of Worcester.
