New team member

H&H welcome Ashling Toolan to the team at our Atherstone Office

Ashling has joined the Atherstone office, in an appointment that significantly strengthens the rural team in that area. Her focus will be on the sale of land and rural property and also RICS valuations for loan security, probate, tax planning and other reasons, but will also be able to support the team in the management of a significant number of HS2 compensation cases, development work and general rural property advice.

Ashling has a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University, which included a year at Savills as an Assistant Rural Surveyor. Following graduation, Ashling worked at Andrew Granger & Co in Leicestershire (her home county) and, more recently, Carter Jonas in Northampton, becoming a qualified Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer. Among other areas, Ashling has gained valuable knowledge in agricultural tenancy matters, land management, RICS valuation work and property agency. With eight years of professional experience, Ashling joining the Rural team in Atherstone will be a great benefit in supporting rural practice clients across the region.
