Land and Property Auction this November

Wednesday, 5 September 2018

Our next Collective Auction will be held at Kilworth Springs Golf Club in November. We already have a number of interesting and exciting properties lined up, but we are keen to hear from anyone who would like to enter their property into the auction.

Now is the time to contact us if you have a lot you’d like to sell with us – the deadline for entering your lot is the end of September.

We can work with you on the valuation and marketing, as well as guiding you through how the process works and setting a guide price and reserve. We’ll also explain what you need to do to get your lawyer ready with the legal pack.

Call 01788 564 680 or email auctions@howkinsandharrison.co.uk to find out more – we’d be delighted to talk to you.

There are many benefits to selling your property by auction:

This sale will bring together the expertise from all our offices and our geographical coverage, from South Northamptonshire to North Derbyshire, with a view to getting positive results for our vendors and purchasers alike.

Our previous Collective Auctions have seen lots being sold up to 45% over the guide price:

Many properties are perfectly suited to an auction sale format, rather than the more traditional private property route. Especially properties that require renovation, allow for development, are quite quirky or are agricultural land or paddocks.

We have a large database of motivated buyers, developers and investors across our large geographical area. So we are able to generate a lot of interest in addition to using all our marketing channels; online, social media, newspaper advertising etc.

If you want to find out more about selling at auction, you can find lots of useful information on our blog.
