On May 13th, the government allowed Estate Agencies and Lettings Agencies to return to work. We are following social distancing guidelines carefully and take the health and safety of our teams and clients extremely seriously. Although we now have a skeleton staff working in our offices, we are meeting people on appointment only and the majority of our wider team continue to work remotely. We have a full quota of protective equipment for all team members and are reviewing the situation regularly.
All calls to other departments are being forwarded to our teams who are working remotely and will be able to assist with your call or query. We ask for your patience at this time if the call takes a little longer than usual to answer. We may need to take your details to get the appropriate member of the team to call you back.
We will continue to offer ‘business as usual’ service to our Rural & Lettings clients and to support our Residential clients in every way possible. We will continue to advertise properties on the national portals and through our own website & social media channels. We can now conduct a market appraisal (valuation) of your property and accompany viewers. However, our policy to support viewings must be followed.
